I love twist endings!

Angel Heart

Has anyone seen this movie? I saw it the other day and I can't believe that I've never heard of it before. It stars a young Mickey Rourke and Robert DeNiro. What a ride!

Frailty

This movie was directed by Bill Paxton and I believe it has a great ending. Check it out if you haven't.

Shallow Grave (sort of)

Planet of the Apes

Psycho

Beautiful Mind

Soylent Green

The Prestige

What was Edward Norton's first breakthrough movie?
Primal Fear? Something like that. Anyway, he sure had me fooled.

The following are not necessarily all surprise ending but they are unpredictable. It ia always refreshing and rare to watch a movie with an unpredictable ending.

Primal Fear

Under suspicion

Gran Torino

Shall we dance?

Here's my favorite "surprise ending" movies, but I'm always up for other good ones. What are yours?

No Way Out
The Usual Suspects
Dead Again
The Crying Game

Others?
I agree..."The Crying Game"...and a movie I just saw...."Were The World Mine"...never expected it; like in The Crying Game...but that had more plot twists.
