"Lone Survivor" disappointed me just like "Argo" did, with ridiculous, over the top scenes that had absolutely nothing to do with what actually happened.

The entire ending rescue operation with guns a blazing was absolutely ludicrous, as if the director had so little faith in the intelligence of the American movie going public that he had to create an epic shootout and fight scene.

I have not read the book yet.. but..I was wondering how they knew who to shoot in the rescue operation?

and I get that sometimes you have to do extreme stuff when you are being over run and the SEALs train them for that but how many times can you roll off a mountain side and keep moving?

I enjoyed it. I went into it with very low expectations. I don't typically like military movies but this movie had a few actors in it that I liked and the suspense was pretty intense. I don't like Mark Wahlberg but he didn't totally ruin the movie for me like I expected.
