I was remembering watching a movie back in the late 70's or early 80's in a hotel room, and i cannot remember the title.

One scene that i remember most was a seduction scene where a man wants a woman, and brings her to his hotel room. She tells the man to go into the bathroom while she undresses. She tells the man to undress and throw each article of clothes into the main room; thinking the woman is undressing too.

The woman steals the mans clothes and leaves the hotel.

The man discovers the woman has left and has taken his clothes. As the naked man is sneaking out of the hotel; he wraps himself up in a fire hose. As the man thinks he has made a clean unnoticed getaway, a policeman shines a flashlight on ypthe man and asks, "wheres the fire"?

Does this movie sound familiar to anyone?

Do you mean Foul Play? There was a scene like that where Goldie Hawn's character was trying to get away from some bad guys and meets a guy in a single's bar (Dudley Moore) who thinks she wants to go home with him. He takes her home and the whole time she's looking out the window for the bad guys, he's putting down a round murphy bed with satin sheets and leopard skin blankets, with lights and a disco ball above it, and all kinds of sex toys in a closet (even a blow-up doll). It was a funny scene. I am not sure if it ended with him covering himself with a fire hose though. Maybe I'm getting the scenes confused.

Your scene does sound familiar though. If it wasn't Foul Play, then I'm not sure what it was. I'll keep checking to see if anyone else remembers.

Foul Play is a great movie. Back when Chevy Chase was still funny. Remember those days?

Yes I do, and he and Goldie Hawn had great chemistry. Chevy was also great in all the vacation movies. After that, nothing.

The FLETCH movies were great. After those ... not much.

"Funny Farm" was hilarious.
