Movie Review: Suicide Squad Is Chaotic, Manic, and a Total Mess

So it's basically a Fast and the Furious movie in Halloween costumes. I think I'll pass on this one. Or at least wait for the DVD.

Give me a break. Because of Kevin Smith? He's only a dyed-in-the-wool fan.

Well, I do find Kevin Smith obnoxious, but I was being tongue in cheek. I'll probably wait for the DVD on this because it's way too MTV for an old fogey like me. Now get off my lawn.

I feel soooo bad for the DCU.

https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/suicide_squad_2016/

I'm not one to jump on board with Critics (though I do agree with them 4 out of 5 times). I'll have to see what the audience says. If the film continues to be ripped apart by critics and gets a mixed (or worse) response from the audience like BvS did then I'm not giving my money to that.

I hope Warner Bros gets their act together with all this. There is a lot of money to lose and a lot of iconic American fantasy icons that could have their reputations irreparably damaged.
