Brian Keith & Doris Day starred in this heartwarming comedy about a single women (Doris Day)raising 3 kids of her own. Then she met a guy named Josh, and they became friends. Not long after, they began dating and eventually married. They were happy, their children, not so much. Then Josh and his daughter, moved in with her and the three boys, and maid. They both came to a conclusion, that her house was to small, so they moved into his house. They decided that was too small to, so they bought another house that could fit everyone. Then, the married couple got into an argument, and she threatened to leave him. But luckily,At the end of the movie, they got back together, and lived happily ever after.
The movie also had guest stars, you may be familiar with including: William Christopher, Jamie Farr, and Allan Malvin.
I think George Carlin was in that movie. In an interview he mentioned as a kid his only ambition was to be like his idol, Danny Kaye. This was his first movie, and he was overwhelmed by the more technical aspects - he had to hit his marks, stay out of Doris Day's light, etc, etc.
I thought it was good movie. Everybody's acting was perfect or at least good. It had many guest actors which were quite a treat! Overall I liked it, and I'm going to watch a similar movie called: Yours, Mine, and Ours.
