Also, that makes me wonder if Whataburger ever tried to sue 1970s Linda Carter's Wonder Woman because of her nickname, What-a-Woman.

A while back when we were talking about Marvel not having a female heroine that can have her own stand alone movie, a co -worker reminded me that they are doing a Captain Marvel movie & I said that most of the population doesn't know who she is. He disagreed with me & later said that he teaches people how to become a ninja warlord.

I had no come back.

DC's list of product categories for the WW trademark did not include food, and Whattaburger does not sell anything in those categories, so it's likely to be like the cartoon tiger trademark somewhat shared by Kellogg Cereals and Esso Motor Company. They co-existed for decades until Esso started using their tiger to advertise sales of food in their gas station convenience stores.

I did my best NOT to laugh while he was still looking at me. I don't think he's going to talk to me again I did let out a snort.

You should have told him Captain Marvel was never in Mortal Kombat.

That made me think of the regular looking Woody Woodpecker and the scary looking one with the cigar.

Also, similar to what Ralph explained, a "limited use agreement was granted ensuring Woody would stay in cartoons and out of motorsports."
