Two of my favorites featured Marlon Brando:

The 'I coulda been a contender, I coulda been somebody' scene in On The Waterfront

and

The 'What are you rebelling against Johhny?', 'Whatta ya got?' scene in The Wild One.

The scene in Born on the Fourth of July when Tom Cruise, as paralyzed vet Ron Kovic, confesses to the parent's of a fellow soldier that he may have accidentally killed their son in combat. Incredible acting performance by Cruise.

On Sex and the City, the scene where Carrie beats Big with her bouquet after he stands her up at their wedding.

The final scene between Nikita's boyfriend and her special agent & mentor, lamenting the realisation she has left both of them for good.

"We will miss her!", says the agent. And the screen fades to black.

Gets me every time.

Terminator 3. A movie that doesn't take itself too seriously. A fun scene here!
