Any other fans of this great Jack Webb movie?

I normally caught it when it rotated to the Saturday movie as a kid. Because of movie language restrictions and the Marine Corps pulling out the worst of what veterans of that day say the cadre did to recruits it looked a whole lot like my Army basic training at Fort Knox 30 years after that movie was made. It was certainly closer than other basic training films like Tribes, the first part of Full Metal Jacket or the comedies Private Benjamin and Stripes.
