I think they should recast Chekov. Find some hot Russian starlet and explain that he got his molecules scrambled in a freak transporter accident.

Well, the next movie (after this one) is number 4 correct? So it's "The Voyage Home".

Which means time travel, AND maybe "there be whales there"! lol...

Now almost 50 reviews on RT and a 93% rating. This one might be one of the more acclaimed entries. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint the old school fans like the last one did.

I thought Custer did fight in the Civil War. Or did I miss the joke?

I watched the first new Trek movie and walked away vowing to not watch another one. Although the characters were right on, the way they acted was completely out of character, if you get my meaning. Uhura in love with Spock? Please.

Just be glad they didn't use one of the female "The Walking Dead" zombie actors to play Christine Chapel, the same way she was originally played.

Scratch that, even a REAL zombie could out-act Majel Barrett...

I liked Chekov. I feel crushed when I think about it.

Star Trek is like Star Wars to me.
Whatever iteration or show or movie might be total drek (and I will say it's totally drek), but I'm gonna have to watch it.
