Wow! Now that you made me list them - it's too damn much!
The two great films in which Harrison Ford has appeared are Blade Runner and Apocalypse Now -- though the greatness of neither film has much to do with Ford himself.
Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark were both a lot of fun, so long as one didn't think too much about them. I think Jones was a more interesting and better-played character than Solo. (Lucas' writing is just too bad -- it took a great actor like Alec Guinness or a man with incredible presence like James Earl Jones to do anything with what Lucas offered.
I think The Mosquito Coast and Presumed Innocent are some of the better pieces in his filmography that don't get much attention. And there's several more perfect entertaining offerings.
Oh, I also loved Zabriskie Point - but he barely has any screen-time at all in that one.

I love The Mosquito Coast. It's probably my favorite movie of Harrison Fords. What Lies Beneath is my next favorite.
Looking over the IMDB list, the titles I HAVEN'T seen is much shorter. Still haven't seen:
Dead Heat on a Merry-Go-Round (but I have seen his small part)
Luv
Zabriskie Point
Getting Straight
42
Anchorman 2
Age of Adeline
Two that I started watching and couldn't bring myself to finish:
Frantic
Hollywood Homicide
One lesser known title that I absolutely loved is The Frisco Kid, with Gene Wilder. Pretty sure it's going to played soon, with Wilder's death a bunch of his old movies will be aired again. If you can, check it out!
