Has anyone seen this yet? I thought that it was pretty good and different and better than what I was expecting.

Also, a slight spoiler, it was like a combination of:

Spoiler
Rain Man, Batman, and 007.

And even had J.K. Simmons(Commissioner Gordon in the upcoming Justice League movie) and the lovely Cynthia Addai-Robinson(Amanda Waller from TV's Arrow) in it.

Saw it last Wednesday, I pegged is a combo of John Wick, Jack Reacher and Rainman. Would like to see a sequel.

It was awesome. A nice surprise, compared to the Jack Reacher Never Go Back disappointment.

The Accountant was very good. Film gives fresh take on siblings with Autism. J.K. Simmons was great. I eagerly anticipate sequel...

I've been wondering that since everyone who has posted in this thread has given this movie good reviews, then why isn't it performing better at the box office? Or is it the way that it's marketed? Because I had thought that it was going to be a melodrama and an exploration into this genius who had OCD, but who also was into 'cooking the books' for criminal organizations. However, I had no idea that the movie was going to be about what it was actually about.

I enjoyed it, although it ended up not being what I expected from the previews.

I see no downside to this statement.

I had never seen the previews, but only the end of a short interview with Ben Affleck on televsion. But perhaps the general public views the movie as being a melodrama that explores the mental health/OCD of the main character and perhaps most people aren't interested in seeing that.

But here is the official trailer for the movie:

Although, I'm thinking that the studio wanted the surprises in the movie to be a 'surprise' and that word of mouth would make this movie a big hit. However, it looks like it's not turning out to be that way.
