Minority view of "La La Land"

I didn't realize that Gosling had to learn to play the piano for this film. It took him 3 months (an already musically talented guy).

I figure it like this. If the TV ads for a movie make me say, "Ugh," the movie is not for me. After all, the movie people/advertisers promote the film with the best scenes (in their opinion) because they want you to buy a ticket. If that turns you off, the rest of it must be worse.

La La Land ads made me say, "Ugh!"
