I was really disappointed with this film. I was hoping it would cover a larger timespan to make it somewhat more interesting but at this pacing, no wonder it did not. It was really melodramatic and Portman's performance was overrated.

Everyone knows what happened, and seeing how things unfolded from her point of view was worth the price of admission.

I agree. I think it was a bad title - implying that it was a more extensive biography.

They could have made a good movie that shown how things unfolded from her point of view.

Not a fan. It felt like such blatant agenda pushing for "Natalie Portman's fine acting". The film was like 90 minutes, but it felt like 3 hours. The amount of Natalie Portman's closeups was just unbearable. I felt the same with Black Swan.

The costumes are pretty though, which makes the whole thing seem like a Jackie-themed Vogue editorial, with Natalie Portman as the model.

So much smoking---
Made me realize how grateful I am that it is really not something I have to contend with like back in the 60s...I was lot younger but both my parents smoked, and it was just fact of life even if I didn't...
Atmospheric movie--thought her accent was good and she had that racehorse elegance Jackie O had....also compare how knowledgeable she was about history and her duty as wife of president to create the right type of legacy with what is going on in WH now..
No concept of presidential sacrifice or dignity or knowledge of history...
Run like a 3rd world dictatorship where anything is for sale...

I was very disappointed with it. I thought NP accent sounded like old Rose Kennedy.

I thought that I was the only one to notice that her voice was a bad representation. She overacted the role.
