Hey, Mark. Have you ever used that little icon that looks like a world globe with a chain link in front of it?
Well, if you paste the title of your article in your post and then highlight it, and then click on the little world globe icon with a chain link in front of it, and then paste your URL into the slot and then click OK, you'll get this.
Anyone else watch The Defenders yet? I'm about to watch the last Ep.
Here's my thoughts so far. Slow until Ep 4 then it picks up quickly. As much as I didn't like JJ and Luke Cage the shows together they work really good and play off each other well. Still don't like Finn Jones's version of IF but it's better when he has other's to play off.
No, problem, Clint Easthood. However, if you prefer a big, long, nasty looking URL sprawled all over your posts... more power to ya.
Also, just to let you know... flattery will get you nowhere.
Although, your comment did make me wonder when you reach my age(and no offense, Ralph ), if you will be hanging around on internet message boards posting about superhero and science-fiction movies and television shows.
On the one hand, I am always eager to see anything Scorsese is involved in.
On the other hand, the Joker is one of those characters where the enigma is most of the appeal. I don't really want to know his origin. I think ORIGIN destroyed a lot of the mystique of Wolverine in the comics, and Hannibal Rising completely ruined Hannibal Lecter in the novels. So I'm more than a little afraid that no matter how great a Joker origin story might be, it will also be like the magician explaining how the trick is done. From that point on, the "magic" is gone. It's one of the things THE DARK NIGHT movie got so right: Every time you think you had the Joker figured out, he was actually three steps ahead because you'd been following a false trail.
The Joker origin film will be the first movie within a new banner of DC film adaptations. These movies will be stand-alone, one-shot releases that are not part of the other DCEU movies. This allows filmmakers with unique creative visions to adapt and tell stories that otherwise wouldn't fit into the live-action iteration of characters within the main DCEU series of films. Right now, of the DC projects you've heard about, this Joker film is the only one so far under the new slate of films outside of the DCEU, so keep that in mind when sites are speculating about whether this or that other currently-announced future project is part of the DCEU or not.
