Half of these, mostly DC are off. The Flash is in no way going to be ready for 2018 at all which saddens me entirely. I haven't heard anything about Cyborg, Green Lantern or Shazam moving forward other than the cast already set. The guy playing Cyborg and Dwayne Johnson for Black Adam. I have also heard Marvel is looking to make a Spider-Man movie to start phase 4, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 will happen and a Doctor Strange sequel as well. Fox is also moving forward with an unscheduled X-Force and another Fantastic Four reboot.

CBM stands for Comic Book Movie, so I'd say no. The movies came before the (now many) Star Wars-related comics series that have been published by Marvel, Dark Horse, and Marvel again, in the last forty years.
OTOH, Valerian counts. It's based on the French comics.

Yeah, the DC slate needs a firm update. I expect that to happen in a month when WB presents their DCEU panel in Hall H at this year's San Diego Comic Con.
Sony's slate also added Venom, and Silver & Black, the Silver Sable-Black Cat team-up movie.

November 2: X-Men: Dark Phoenix (Fox)
I wish Fox gave the Xmen back to Marvel. These movies are horrible. Mystique (J Law) should not be the main character of the movie. J Law doesn't even like being in the costume which is why they X DOFP she was barely in the blue costume. I wish they would reboot again. This time with the original X-Men. Cyclops, Jean, Beast, Iceman, Angel and Prof X.

Not going to happen. Mainly because Fox is making money on X-Men. Plus the issue is what team do you use? While they are the true first class, it leaves a lot of favorite X-Men out like Colossus, Shadow Kat, Storm, Nightcrawler, Rogue, Gambit and even Wolverine. See the issue? A linear version wouldn't work. I'd complain we don't see enough or even ones that I want to see.

DC dropped virtually every movie past Aquaman as well as The Flash. No news on what they will do at Comic-Con or not. There has been little to any details of their upcoming slate in the past few months. Like say when Rick Famuyiwa was removed. All there is fan speculation of Robert Zemeckis coming on board or Phil Lord and Chris Miller returning.
