I never heard about this movie. Maybe I'll check it out, although Charles Bronson... is Charles Bronson, y'know?

Danny Trejo would have been better for the role but Willis works, too.

Charles Bronson is enough reason to see any movie.

Hollywood is a disgusting, nihilistic piece of garbage. Hope this movie bombs big time.

The trailer just makes it look so cliche, like been there, seen that. It's hard to remake a movie like Death Wish, and make it feel fresh, since it's been done so many times, and better than the original Death wish such as movies like The Brave One (2007), and Boy Wonder (2010).

Default Death Wish

I saw the remake yesterday that stars Bruce Willis and was pleasantly surprised what a great movie it was. Not only was the storyline great, it painted an authentic picture of what the city of Chicago is really like.

Remake?

I thought it was just a movie with the same title as the Bronson series, and had no relation at all to that story line.

Yes, it is a remake. That said, Willis ain't no Bronson!

I saw a trailer. There didn't seem to be any of the "civilian turns vigilante" story involved. Did I miss something?
