There was a Bogart movie I saw as a teen & I'm trying to figure out which one it was. He played a gangster & I swear there was a scene where he pushed a woman out of a window.

It looks like Conflict in 1945 would fit that storyline (except that the woman is pushed down a hill in a car), as it's the only film I can find in which he appears to play the bad guy, but I can't be sure. Does anyone know?

Am I just remembering it incorrectly? Or, maybe it wasn't Bogart? Maybe another actor known for playing gangsters... Edward G. Robinson, Cagney?

I'm on an old film actor kick & would like to watch a few films.
Thank you!

Conflict is a good one. But if you want a great one where he plays a "bad" guy, check out "High Sierra"

Didn't like that one. I was trying to find the movie I mentioned above, if you know the title?

I believe that the film you are referring to is "Dark Passage", (1947). It starred Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall.

When I say "That's great!", I mean that you & Irish helped me find the movie... not about poor Agnes' demise.

I only know her from Bewitched. Just looked her up on IMDB & had no idea she'd done so many films. Thank you, Tim! I'll watch it as soon as the library can get it for me!

It's a good film noir, and one of my favorite Bogart and Bacall movies.
