Plus the critics seem enjoy it as well I honestly didn't expect it to do so well especially with star wars playing only a week before.
From the previews I've seen it looks entertaining. The thing that's tough to get ovet and around is its association with the tragic Robin. It's still hard to believe he's gone.

My wife and I saw it the other day, both loved it. It balanced out the other one we saw, Father Figures, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Luckily, we do the old sneak into a 2nd movie thing, the older I get, the cheaper I get.

Jumanji was one of my favorite movies as a kid (something that I would watch repeatedly), so I wasn't sure how I would feel about this one. Well, it didn't feel much like the original movie aside from its concept, but it was still was a fun movie that I would recommend seeing.

We saw this movie Christmas day. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The whole theater audience was laughing through a good bit of the movie. I would actually go see it again. It was quite entertaining.

We saw this last weekend. Our family of four loved it. My daughters 13 and 10 thought it was funny, we liked the jokes that they threw in their for the adults as well. We don't see movies in the theatre often, this one was worth the admission.

I finally got a chance to see this today. What a fun movie! And one that people of any age can enjoy, too.

My family and I saw Jumanji Saturday morning. I personally liked it, but my husband thought it was disappointing compared to the orginal.

I remember seeing Jumangi in 1995 and loving it (and thinking the special effects were actually good)! Maybe i liked it because of nostalgia. I was kind of surprised that they continued the series without Robin Williams, but I guess it was "stand alone" enough to do it.

I thought that the Rock and Kevin Hart were funny. Jack Black was hilarious though. Nick Jonas was pretty good. From what I have seen of him, I haven’t really thought of him as that talented. He has proven me wrong.

Definitely a fun move:
  • high school teenager angle should have been dropped
  • could have done the entire movie without the main villain
  • could have used more animal encounters

The villain was definitely the weakest part of the movie.

Still haven't seen it yet.. but planning on it. I never saw the first one so I'm guessing (hoping) that those comparisons or the lack of Robin Williams won't even be an issue for me.
