Braveheart

Steel Magnolias (so many great one liners)
Wizard of Oz
Godfather
Pulp Fiction
Master & Commander
Dad
The Sixth Sense

Maybe some other ones might beat these out but I can't think of them right now. I'd probably put Jaws in there for a tie with something else.

Shawshank Redemption
Run Lola Run

The English Patient

Kudos to the poster who mentioned a Béla Tarr film - I tried to watch one of his films based on critics pedestalizing his art but I couldn't bear to watch more than about five minutes of the film. I think it was actually that horse movie mentioned up thread.

Some other contenders:

Memento
My Left Foot
No Country for Old Men
There Will Be Blood
