Jurassic World was nearly as good as the original but the original holds a magic, wonder and drama to it that World didn't have...

Well, Jurassic Park was for you what A New Hope and even 2001 were for me: First-time events of their kind. In fact, there had been nothing like either between 1968 and 1977.

If you don't like reading negative reviews of Marvel movies, don't read Entertainment Weekly's. The overarching theme is "blandness."

I hope that somehow, Captain Marvel manages not to be as bland as the typical MCU fare, although I doubt it. I am sure it will be competently made and utterly forgettable, like most MCU films.

Well, everyone's entitled to their opinion.
