Reviews are coming in as really great. It looks scary, with a unique premise. Emily Blunt and John Kraninski are two great actors. Interested to see him directing here also.

Bought my ticket for a weekend matinee. Better see it in the daytime in case it scares me. LOL

Took my 10 yr old niece to see it. I thought we'd just support her in her jitters... lol. The mostly adult audience was jumping in suspense. It's pretty good.

Gotta pass. Although it had an interesting new twist( or gimmick) and broke some new ground for that, it seemed to have some major plot holes. In that the creatures, while deadly, had a huge weakness that would have quickly been exploited by the military and government and not stumbled upon by the heroes. And had they been as well equipped to hunt by sound, they'd easily hunt their enemies and not miss them. It did look well directed, though.

I can't tell - did you see it?

Spoiler
I thought it was nice that the aliens left them electrical outlets.

I saw the movie. I don't get the rave reviews. I thought it was boring and repetitive. The story didn't go anywhere. I didn't even find it suspenseful. Just trite jump scares. Not for me.
