My wife and I love Fried Green tomatoes.
She likes 'A good year' with Russell Crowe, and 'Must love dogs' too.

I really liked A Good Year also. Meant to put it on my first little list there.

What Women Want
As Good as It Gets (Is this really a chick flick?)
Sweet Home Alabama
Looking for Mr. Goodbar
Winter People (a favorite sleeper of mine)
The Bounty Hunter (was kinda cute)
An Officer and a Gentleman
Pride and Prejudice
Love Story!
Knight and Day
Chapter Two (Marsha Mason & James Caan)

I think with the others, and whats already been mentioned, those are the only other chick flicks that I've seen that I can recommend (but I'm sure I'll keep thinking on it nonetheless).

First off, I'm a guy but I like some "chick flicks" better than most guy flicks.......

Going way back, how about:
All About Eve
Laura
or the great and devastatingly sad
Dark Victory

How in the world is The Terminator a chick flick? I hate the term, but it refers to a romantic comedy/love story, not just any movie with a female protagonist.
