Saw trailer today 4-15
Has Rami Malek in Dustin Hoffman role and Charlie Hunnam as Papillion--
I don't know if I can stand to see Charlie Hunnam ruin one of the best Steve McQueen efforts...
I hate Charlie
But the trailer was edited very well and Charlie had almost no dialogue--only physical action--and he is a gorgeous beast...

Didn't even know they were remaking it.

I actually read the book. The McQueen movie was pretty faithful to it but of course had to leave out a lot.

Yes---it was very emotional movie for me
Dustin Hoffman and McQueen were both extraodinary
The trailers look good for the remake--
Malik is excellent but like I said
I saw Hunnam in the movie about the British adventurer in the Brazilian jungle and about died from boredom...his King Arthur movie was a bomb of first order
I don't know who keeps thinking he will click when he can't act...
