I bawled uncontrollably in the theatre at Gorillas in the Mist, and have been unable to watch it since. Nothing has ever gotten to me more, especially the scene where it's learned that the poachers took the gorilla's head. Don't even get me started...

"The Iron Giant"; when the title character closes his eyes at the end and says "Superman", and you know what's about to happen, I can't NOT cry.

"Always"--although it isn't Pete's death that gets me (he's a butthead). What gets me is seeing Dorinda fall in love again, because I've had this same experience. (Not with a pilot, though.)
