Lynne Ramsay's Film is a beautiful, brutal masterpiece. The score is perfect. the anxiety is amplified. The brutality is justified. I think more movies like this should be coveted rather than costumed hero's fighting in fantasy worlds. What are your thought on this or any other of Ramsay's films?

I prefer to live in a world of both/and rather than either/or.

I like the comic book movies, but I'd love to see more movies like YWNRH as well.

Right. Guess I should have rephrased. As I meant what are your thous on the movie? not on less avengers.

I liked this one a lot. The movie is better than the book (short story - all of 97 pages). You get a better background (and a title sequence) with the book though. Here's a short book - movie discusion. One scene really stood out to me and made it worthwhile.

right before they exchange their it's a beautiful day pleasantries in the diner - old school - NO CGI blood. Of course:
