I believe it took place in Australia had it had to do with ballroom dancing. I think there was a main character who was struggling. I thought Toni Collette was in it but not sure. It was probably 15-20 yrs ago.


Thoughts?

Re Toni C., the OP may have been confusing Strictly Ballroom and Muriel's Wedding.
