Olivia de Havilland is 102 today....what, never heard of her?

She comes from way back in time to "The Golden Age" of Hollywood, when she won an oscar, and was in mega films like "Gone with the Wind", she is the only big star of that era left alive, so raise a glass to her on her birthday, bless her!

I wouldn't say she's the only big star of the Golden Age still alive. Kirk Douglas, Betty White, Doris Day, June Lockhart, Angela Lansbury, to name a few.

The Golden Age is typically movies up to the late 50's. Plenty of actors still alive.

Reaching 102 is worth a glass-raising regardless how much of a star in what decade someone decides you were.

Birthday cheers to her!

She's a rare bird! And still has moxie at 102!

She looks pretty darn good for 102!!

And Unlike a lot of actresses, she still looks like herself.

Pretty amazing!

A very happy birthday to Olivia! Hope she enjoyed a glass of champagne and slice of cake. She was part of an amazing Hollywood era, nothing like that today for sure.

Yes--
No plastic surgery or Botox for her--
Plastic surgery was available back in her day although certainly a more risky venture

I noticed that Sandra Bullock has probably reached her limit for Botox when I saw "Ocean's 8" a few weeks ago
Decided stiff upper lip
While Cate Blanchette looked as good or better because she hadn't (as far as I could tell) had that process done to such a degree...

Thank you all for your comments, i had a crush (red face) on her leading up to my teenage years, my mother liked Errol Flynn, who i am not keen on due to his life style.

But i used to watch with her "The Adventures of Robin Hood" when it was on tv, Olivia looked stunning in that film, obviously the film is a bit cheesy, but must be put against the era and date the film was produced, being 1938!

I like Olivia, for apart from sibling rivalry and arguments with her sister Joan Fontaine, there wasn't any real scandal!

A survivor of the Studio System. Happy Birthday. So sorry that Robert Osbourne is not around to celebrate with you this year.
