Yes. And the way Dennis Quaid, who, at age 34, was shown with a crew cut, which made him look more like the 1950s 20-year old he was portraying in the film, "Everybody's All American" (1988). Jessica Lange played his contemporary but at age 39, she did not pass for someone that much younger, no matter what hairstyle or outfit she donned.

I remember seeing that in a theater then, and thinking that there was no way that Turner looked like a teenager. It made the film seem almost silly. They needed some computer assisted de-aging back then.
