Well, you missed the earlier part where she was a streetwalker before getting that job.

You know because they can run really, really fast in stilettos.

I thought the movie was quite enjoyable. Yes, lots of things completely fake and easily overlooked but the relationship between man and beast was good. Of course that could have been enhanced a bit but only so much one can do with a human and a dog. I thought the guy acted pretty well and held his alone screen time very nicely.

I've seen better episodes of Rin-Tin-Tin, with regard to what can be done with a human and a dog.

Hmm, I'm thinking I may not like this movie after all. I do nit-pick about stupid scenes like Dallas Howard running in stiletto's, the T-Rex only making sound in the beginning of the first one and after that she was a ninja who could pop out of nowhere; the stupid things the parents did in "The Quiet Place" and I'm probably going to find this a little far fetched.

Not sure about wolves. For dogs, it's about 2 months...a length of time that reaffirms how ridiculously far from home the hunters traveled for their winter meat.

Assuming you walk 2.5 miles per hour and walked for 8 hours (they're in Europe, kinda far north, in the fall, so the days will not be long), that's only 20 miles per day. If they were gone for a MINIMUM of 2 months, then we're talking 1,200 miles! That's ridiculous! Nobody travels that far for groceries, not if they're going to leave the rest of the family behind.
