My all time favorite Hitchcock film is the one that purportedly he said was his favorite: Shadow of a Doubt. The horror is hiding neatly below the surface of a wholesome, All-American family.

FYI: Hulu has all the season of Alfred Hitchock Presents. Quality certainly varied from episode to episode, but some of them are great.
