Default Mobsters

I absolutely loved The Godfather 1 11 and 111.....Casino
Goodfellas know the words to each scene. Anything to do with mobsters
there was another one with James Wood, In America, or America, America
something like that.

I like some comedies too, Chevy Chase movies, Home Alone, Big Momma

Movies from the 40's........real stories, very little curse words, sex, violence

I know it is cliche to say, but The Godfather really is the best movie ever made.

Young Frankenstein is the funniest movie ever made, and I'll fight anyone who says different. A Fish Called Wanda is the second-funniest movie ever made. Don't call me stupid.

STAR WARS. Awesome. I never get tired of watching it. I'm a crotchety, grumpy, get-off-my-lawn know-it-all, and that scene where Luke goes out to watch the suns set still makes me cry.

Terminator 1 & 2 are great science fiction. Let us all now join in chant: "Terminator 3 did not happen. Terminator 3 did not happen."

ALIEN and ALIENS...great flicks. After that, the series nose-dived.

THE ABYSS. Also great sci-fi.

Bladerunner may be the best science-fiction film ever made. Best way to watch it: On a cold snowy night, house lights off, Christmas lights on.

The Man With No Name films -- A Fistful of Dollars, For A Few Dollars More, and The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. The latter is the best Western ever made. Honorable mention to The Outlaw Josey Wales, Tombstone, Pale Rider, High Plains Drifter, and The Magnificent Seven.

Best adventure flicks: Raiders of the Lost Ark. Hands down winner. No contest. Other great adventure flicks KING KONG, Die Hard, Die Hard 3, JAWS, and The Fugitive.

Best animated films: The Incredibles, THE IRON GIANT, Finding Nemo, TOY STORY 1 & 2, and oh heck while we're at it, pretty much anything Brad Bird has ever done. The man is a genius.
