If anyone posts anything about the movie, start your post with SPOILERS. Of course, this means I'm soliciting spoilers

I hate movie theaters, so will wait for it to come out on DVD. But even Michael Medved gave it 3 stars!

It exceeded my expectations, I went b/c I got an invitation for a private screening and I thought it would be pretty cool to see it before the release.
To me it was interesting to see a more mature and realistic approach to relationships. It was very emotional and funny, and a great a compliment to friendship.
Another neat thing was the great PR work that was work throughout the movie. IE Mercedes Benz, fashion designers, R.E., The Secret and of course NY.
I want to see it again.

She sure doesn't have the prettiest face...But that girl (40+) can hang anything in her body and it will look like a milliion $.

Smile Satc

Saw it Friday night. My husband was also a big fan of the show. We loved it. Thought they did a great job.

It got 2 1/2 stars in our newspaper reviews but I thought it was better than that.

I won't spoil it for anyone - go see it!!!

well I can relate to you whatever spoiler you want. I thought it was great. A few things that I noticed, that don't ruin the movie for me but I did notice were the sprayed on tan of Big and Carrie and probably Samantha as well. I don't think any others had the fake tan but those seemed to. Chris Noth didn't seen "into" his role at all. Wasn't the smooth, charming Big we're used to. Not in a Big way( pardon the pun) Samantha's character was so out of character that it disappointed me a bit. A domesticated Samantha is not as interesting. Miranda( my least fav character) didn't disappoint me in that she was still a biotch of huge magnitude. Another aspect of the movie( and yea I know it's a movie and not real life, but come on..) all the months that Big was sending Carrie emails and not getting a response and said he didn't call because he didn't have her phone number......uh-hellllllo...he could have gotten her phone number and we all know he could have and duh he knew where she lived....so...........

Well the point of saying "spoiler alert" is that we can discuss this with warning- so people don't read if they don't want to hear plot discussions. I'll start. I thought the story with Big and Carrie was predictable. I actually had Charlette as my favorite for the movie! She's not ususally.

ok, I changed the title of this thread so that nobody can be surprised if they hear parts of the plot.
