Yikes. Sorry to hear that.
My Colorado service was always fine, as is my Florida service now.
The entire time (4 years) we've had Netflix, I have only had one dvd not work.

There are just way too many films being pushed on the public today. Most are big budget slop just trying to make the studios their money. A guess if they throw enough sh*t, then somethings got to stick.

They can keep their films. I'll be watching the great old black and whites that they show on stations like TMC and AMC.
