One of my favorites, from when Akeem & Semmi were in the club trying to find his future wife...

"Hey, baby, I'm almost single. My husband's on death row."

Hahaha...there were others, but I couldn't share them because of language.

Coming to America (1988) - Memorable quotes

What a great movie (also had some great actors in it)!

My friend was obsessed with this movie. I didn't get much of the humour as I was only 10 when it came out

"Bark like a dog" (When Eddie Murphy is asking his future wife to jump up and down and bark like a dog to prove the woman doesn't think for herself. She just says and does whatever her husband will ask of her.)

That was a great movie...it was so well done. Loved the McDonald's parody.

Louie Anderson was so funny too.

Loved John Amos, genius actor....he was the best one in the whole movie!
