Moore was hilarious. Octopussy is fairly campy, but I like when he uses Louis Jourdan's loaded dice against him to win the "Faberge Egg" playing backgammon:

Absolutely. I could not STAND Roger Moore, and Pierce Brosnan was too much like him for my taste.

I still think Sean Bean would have made a terrific Bond, but he sort of blew it by playing 006 in "Goldeneye". Bummer.
