I grew up with Sean Connery, so, to me, he's the quintessential Bond. I would imagine most people will have a similar take -- the Bond you're introduced to will be your Bond. God help the poor saps whose first Bond movie was "On Her Majesty’s Secret Service"   |

Another vote for Moore - I grew up with him as Bond. The others just don't quite cut it.

Connery...He is so smooth.
You know he was late to the audition....The casting people were leaving for lunch and saw him walking down the street...His walk..got him the job.
I always thought that was one of those really cool old hollywood type discovery stories.
