Need help in dinding a movie name (watched, Paul Rudd, good movie)

I am trying to get the name of a very good movie I watched in 2000.

This is what I remember: There was a married couple, and the woman could not get an orgasm. Her husband sent her to a sex therapist, who ends up having sex with her. They find out that she was sexual abused when she was young.

Is Paul Rudd in that? He plays the husband, he's a teacher, and starts having an affair with his student (Misha Barton)...
