A very weird request, I know, but my brother is moving to Scotland and as a joke (and tutorial) I wanted to give him a list of movies to watch to brush up on his Scotish accent.
So far I can only come up with two though I know there is more:
1. Braveheart
2. Made of Honor
If anybody can help me make this list grow, I'd appreciate it greatly!!

brikag beat me to "Trainspotting", but also,
"Breaking The Waves"
"Dear Frankie"
"Local Hero"
A lot of what you'll hear in American movies is "close" (but often no cigar) to a Scottish accent. There are books (some with CDs) available to learn all kinds of accents. Some community theatres have them!
I once was in a production of "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" and the guy playing the lead couldn't quite master an "English" accent so he did it in a very darn convincing "Scottish" accent!

ROB ROY
Came out about the same time as BRAVEHEART, but I actually like ROB ROY a lot more.
There's a great BBC TV series called MONARCH OF THE GLEN. Lots of Scottish accents. If it isn't on TV any time soon, it is out on DVD.

Great info - thanks! This is meant to be more of a light-hearted gesture than for him to really learn the accent so any kind of movie is cool by me.
Just for me to keep a tally, here's what I have so far:
1. Braveheart
2. Made of Honor
3. Sean Connery movies
4. Trainspotting
5. Breaking the Waves
6. Dear Frankie
7. Local hero

The 1999 film "Ratcatcher" is an absolute must. The entire movie is subtitled in English, no person not from Glasgow would underestand a single word.
Mike Leigh's "Naked" has a scene in it for a couple of minutes with the most hilariously inarticulate Scots accent.
Tell him before he goes that the attributive adjective is "Scots", not "Scottish".
