I have fuzzy memories so it could be either Bambi, Cinderella, or Snow White. I didn't actually watch Mary Poppins until I got it for my son (his first Disney movie was The Lion King, and he played it to death). My daughter's first Disney movie was Finding Nemo - but her current faves are Bambi, Jungle Book, and Lady & the Tramp.

pretty sure it was "Lady and the Tramp" for me. for some reason, I never watched Snow White in its entirety until I was in high school (late 90's), probably b/c there weren't enough talking animals in it

The Absent Minded Professor was the first one I can remember. The film is as old as I am.

For me it is either 101 Dalmations or Peter Pan from the early 1960s.

Mrs Jezer tells me it would be Snow White circa 1965.

I think it was either Snow White or the Little Mermaid. I never really liked them, and there still aren't very many Disney movies I like (my favorite is Beauty and the Beast though).
I remember as a kid I used to listen to Bambi on cassette all the time, but it wasn't until recently that I actually saw the movie "in full". The new version of the movie I have on DVD seems to have cut most of the scene where his mother dies. It made me very angry. There was another scene I think they cut too.

I think mine was Pocahontas. I think I've watched others before that, but Pocahontas was the probably the first one I understood.

But I do remember Aladdin too....

First I remember as a kid is Cinderella in the theater in like 1976, or 1977. Then, it was probably "The Rescuers" or "Sleeping Beauty"...also loved "The Fox and the Hound."

Good Movie!Disney will never release it due to it not being "PC"

At the theater it was probably Mary Poppins or Flipper.

At home the ones I remember most are Tomisina (what a cry fest)
and Old Yeller which literally almost killed me.
