Help Identify This Movie (scene, comedy)

Hi,

I'm trying to remember what movie the following scene comes from. (I'm paraphrasing my son's memory of this scene).

It is a boxing match payoff. Boxer A is supposed to be paid off to lose the fight. Instead Boxer B is paid off. They are both confused and the fight goes for 17 minutes without either throwing a punch. Somehow one accidentally hits the other and they both fall to the floor!

Obviously...a comedy!
