"The Hunchback of Notre Dame," with Charles Laughton and Maureen O'Hara. Love those old time movies.

Beverly Hills Cop II last night. I'd give it a 7/10. Murphy was on top of the world then. I love his impressions....

Murphy: "I'm here to clean the pool (poo)."

Playboy Mansion receptionist: "Oh, honey the pool was cleaned yesterday".

Murphy: "Yes, I know it was cleaned yesterday, but now the pool is dirty"

".....do you want me to spell it out? THERE'S SOMETHING FLOATING IN THE POOL. You know how it is at these parties, someone gets drunk, now I've got to clean it up".

Then he had to get money for his children, monique and unique. Gilbert Gottfried had some good lines in it too.

Percy Jackson and The Olympians...I think this movie was aimed toward a teenage audience but I liked it anyway.

I was in a western/John Wayne type of mood this weekend apparently. I watched McClintock, Rio Bravo, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon and Rooster Cogburn. Then topped it all off with Clint Eastwood in Two Mules for Sister Sarah. I had a five day weekend with nothing really to do and hadn't watched most of these since I was living at home with my parents ( Dad's a big fan). I enjoyed them

Ip Man - the birth of a legend.

It is the Prequel to Ip Man with Donny Yen.

It showcases how he met his original teacher's brother, who was cast out for trying to expand the art and introducing new concepts, and how he combined the old and the new teaching to become the Legandary Master he is known for being.

Oh, right - it's a "kung fu" movie.

The young man who plays Ip Man looks very much like a young Donny Yen, and it's quite good.
