Paycheck with Ben Affleck and Uma Thurman. It was okay. Also watched the "new" Poseidon movie, effects were good but I still like the original better even though it's dated effects wise.

"Testament." It's an older movie with Jane Alexander and William Devane. I've had it on VHS for many years and now I have it on DVD.

I've seen it many times but for some reason this time it got to me more than usual. It's devistating to watch. In all truth, I couldn't finish it this time around.

I remember that movie...it was an excellent depiction of the end of the world, due to nuclear warfare. Jane Alexander was terrific. She's one of my favorite actresses.

"The last Station", superb film about the end of Tolstoy's life and the wrangle over the financial rights to his estate.

The animated Madagascar with the grandkids. I liked all the 'references' to other movies (especially the nod to Planet of the Apes "darn you all to heck" lol), kept me laughing while the kids enjoyed the kid parts

Hot Fuzz. Not bad, as far as stupid comedies go...better than most.

Predators with Adrien Brody. Didn't expect it but it was quite good. 3.5 out of 5 points.
