Just finished watching "The Birds." Have seen it many times before even though it's an oldie.

12 Angry Men (1957) A jury holdout attempts to prevent a miscarriage of justice by forcing his colleagues to reconsider the evidence.

I'm on a Henry Fonda kick.

In the theatre: Sing, last night. (But to be honest, I fell asleep during the movie -- I blame the cava beforehand and those comfy recliner seats in the auditorium.)

As I said, I've been watching "The Bourne Identity".........................and to me, it's really down in the points, to put it nicely.

Why does a movie like this fail? Basically, half way into the movie and I still don't care whether the hero lives or dies, there is not much more to care if the leading lady, which ever one she is, lives or dies. Still half way through the movie and no connection with the leads and practically anyone else has been established.

This movie is basically one of some nice chase scenes, wonderful landscape photography, and fast moves, but not much else. It's not much better than a film that was made out of a video game.

I hope the next three are better since I have to watch them, but I have my doubts. If they are better, then the series should have started from a better "book". It has been done before.
