Soderberg's "The Limey"
Terence Stamp (always watchable) Peter Fonda (weak and creepy)
Great Southern California scenes
Uses scenes from early film of Stamp's ("Poor Cow") to flesh out flashbacks of the Limey's past

My fav is "10"
Julie Andrews and Bo Derek trump Liza Minelli any day...
Better script as well....
the scene after he has been to the dentist and is chock full of pain meds and Novocain is one of top ten slapstick scenes in movies...

"Mulholland Drive" (2001)

Disturbing, unsettling, mysterious and just totally out there - welcome to the world of director David Lynch, where nothing is as it seems.

You really do have to be in his mindset to really appreciate/understand the full richness/madness of his films - and if you have watched and understood the likes of "Eraserhead", "Blue Velvet", "Twin Peaks" and "The Elephant Man" to name but 4, then "Mulholland Drive" will demand even more from you. But the rewards are totally worth it.

I, Tonya. Very much enjoyed it, made me looked up videos on the real skater.

Lynch reminds me a bit of Aronofsky.
Lynch is unquestionably more wacky, but both are fun.
