My friend and I saw "The Descedants". We were underwhelmed. My friend is a huge Alexander Payne fan, and we LOVED "Sideways" and "About Schmidt". So, we were looking forward to this one. It had some clever moments, but didn't seem to hold our attention.

"Zorba the Greek" Both Anthony Quinn (Alexis Zorba) and Lila Kedrova (Mm. Hortense) made this tragically haunting classic a movie you want to see more than once.

Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 1
Pretty horrible movie for the most part but I thought the last 15-20 minutes or so was beautifully done. Got to give them props for that. But the last 5 seconds of the movie was very predictable and a huge rip off of a recent blockbuster.

*Spoiler*
The whole thing where the wolves were talking to each other was the most embarrasing thing I have ever seen in movies. By far the worse scene of the movie.

Phoebe in Wonderland on Hulu. Very... different.

The Best Thing About the Film: It had a remarkable cast! Not a single bad actor.
The Worst Thing About the Film: It tried too hard and didn't live up to the amazing potential it could have.
