The Perfect Host, Weird, funny, weirdly entertaining.
No Strings Attached, I enjoyed it.
Meet Joe Black, Entertaining, For some reason, I thought I had seen this movie, believe I got it mixed up with something with a similar name. Though I enjoyed this movie it sort of lost a bit of appeal toward the end, but still enjoyed watching it.

Silenced: great movie, but very dark. it's about a teacher from the city (Seoul) who travels to rural Korea to teach at a orphanage for a deaf and mute school. Well it turns out that several of the faculty are sexually abusing the kids, and the guy finds out. it follows his story about how things unfold. Very good, but very difficult to watch at times.
Mamitas: also a really good movie. about 2 high school kids on the mexican side of L.A., one is a "cool guy" slacker, the other a nerd. they both have a lot of personal issues, but eventually they fall for each other. it sounds like your typical B-movie rom-com, but its not. beautifully shot in and around L.A.

Saw that movie a month or so ago, an excellent movie. I agree, very difficult to watch and as stated before, I felt an obligation to those children to see it all the way through. Was in fact based on a true and ongoing case.
Ugh, this film made me angry. I'm just amazed at how narcissistic and lazy the wife is. This movie definitely shows you that money can not by you class. The nanny was the only person in the film who touched me. My heart broke for her.
Inception was on a cable/commercial movie station last night. I had seen it when it was released and was a bit fast for me. But last night made complete sense - with appropriate suspension of belief. I was able to keep up and catch the hidden clues pertaining to given moments at different levels of dream.
Hubby and I rented Ernest Saves Christmas last night.
