A good day to die hard-Awful film. The whole film looked like a bad CGI TV special. Boneheaded boring plot, Action scenes that were ridiculous and wooden acting. Lacked the charm and fun of the previous films completely. Oh how the mighty have fallen! Sometimes franchises are meant to end to prevent ruining things.

Just watched "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty"... liked it because it was different and not your typical Ben Stiller movie... didn't realized he directed it too.

The Hobbit Desolation of Smaug.

I want to SLAP Peter Jackson.

He turned The Hobbitt into a freakin cartoon. Barrels in the water bouncing around, Legolas twirling around on his toes on a barrel floating in the water while shooting orcs. Radagast with bird crap dripping out from under his hat. SO GCI'ed the real humans barely look real. It was disney without being animated or warner brothers without bugs bunny. HATE IT. I so so so loved these books and he just freaking RUINED IT. The way he has just co-opted all these books with his vision like no one else matters just p**ses me off.
Smaug was cool. Just to find a positive note.
