Then do not see Mr. Eastwood's film Million Dollar Baby. Tearjerker

"House of Sand and Bog"...not a feel-good movie. While I appreciated Ben Kingsley's superb acting...the movie also offers a disturbing glimpse into moral conflicts borne out of the desire for survival, which leaves the viewer with much trepidation.

I just saw Captain America: The First Avenger, this afternoon and it was excellent! If you grew up during the 60s and early 70s, and especially if you collected Captain American comics, this movie is a must - see. One more thing; make sure you stay to the very end of the film credits.

"Beginners". Absolutely wonderful charming quirky, funny, heartbreaking.

An uplifting and beautiful perfect little gem about love, life, family, and allowing yourself to be who you are and jumping in with both feet. Christopher Plummer was simply superb and I believe this is the first film I have seen where I have loved Ewan Mc Gregor. And I am also smitten with "Arthur" the cutest little Jack Russell ever.... One of the most affectionate , positive and life affirming film I have seen in a long time. A little bit of cinema magic and the art of storytelling at its very best.

That was a phenomenal film with an unbelievable cast; Al Pacino was nominated for best supporting actor, but lost to Gene Hackman, who won for 'Unforgiven', although Pacino did win the Best Actor Oscar that year for 'Scent Of A Woman'.

I saw 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' yesterday, which was terrific, and Julianne Moore was extraordinary as always.
