I just saw a British film called "Boy A." Depressing (because it is a commentary on society's lack of empathy/unerstanding) but good and thought-provoking.

THE CHANGELING. That was theeee most depressing movie I have ever seen.
I had no idea the fate of the boys. And a true story?
Horrible, just horrible and shocking what humans are capable of.
I know it was a beautifully made and acted movie, but my bad for not researching the story more-ruined my day.
I sat outside and watched my son wait for the bus this morning, he was very embarrassed.

The Lucky Ones.

This was a really good movie. Funny, heart warming, etc.

He Was a Quiet Man (2007)

I usually get irritated by movies that have endings like this one but I liked it for some reason. I don't know why Christian Slater doesn't get more respect as an actor.

I loved the movie but once I found out it was a true story it kinda freaked me out that - not so much the murders but the whole police involvement in the cover up and then her being institutionalized.

Default Angela's Ashes (1999)

Tough in parts but a great story and a lovely film. Emily Watson is superb.

Post eagle eye

Just watched "Eagle Eye" loved it, not what I expected! The female lead reminded me of Kate Holmes so I was a little distracted, but the past was fast and very interesting.

Role Model, goofy, ridiculous but for the nerds in the world understandably fun. The little kid curses and unbelievable amount, how did they get away with that?
