That's a tough choice. They're all classics.
Best Lines IMHO from each:
Dumb & Dumber - "I don't see any Rocky Mountains, that John Denver guy is full of s**t!"
Happy Gilmore - "You eat pieces of sh*t for breakfast?" Fight with Bob Barker is epic as well.
I have to go with Tommy Boy.
